About the Author

Throughout his life, John Giduck has been a trial lawyer, soldier, business owner, college professor, bullrider, national weightlifting champion, sky diver and scuba diving instructor. He holds a master's degree in Russian Studies and International Affairs from the University of Colorado, with a Certificate in Russian History, Culture and Language from St. Petersburg State University in Russia. He has trained law enforcement departments of all levels across the U.S., and served as a consultant to several federal agencies.

John holds the highest level certification in Homeland Security, and is a former member of the Executive Advisory Board of the American College of Homeland Security. He currently devotes his professional time to the Archangel Corporation, providing consulting and training on anti-terrorism to law enforcement and other agencies, and has worked in over 20 countries. As part of that work he is a U.S. Army Special Forces hand-to-hand combat and firearms instructor, and has been inducted into several international martial arts halls of fame.
